Brad Benjamin

Brad Benjamin is a Director of Engineering at Workiva, currently overseeing five Integrated Risk engineering teams. After graduating from Montana State University, Brad joined Zoot, where he delivered projects related to custom loan origination - initially with a waterfall and later with agile. After five years at Zoot, Brad moved on to Workiva, a software as a service (Saas) company that focuses on financial reporting solutions for large companies. In his leadership role at Workiva, Brad focuses on outcomes, not output.  He is interested in interested in the multi-role relationships on teams, and how to collaborate more effectively.
