Kathy Johnson, currently serving the Eastern Iowa IIBA in the "Past President"role, after leading our organization for four years.

She has a Masters in Global Technology Management and 20+ years of Business Analysis work experience. She is currently a Senior Proposal Specialist at Rockwell Collins 
and serves on an internal Disability Employee Resource group steering committee. 

Prior to coming to Rockwell in 2005, Kathy was a Customer Service Manager in the telecom industry delivering prepaid wireless and shared server hosting environment support.
In her spare time, she is a Mary Kay consultant and assists with Special Olympics.
