Overcoming Obstacles, Addressing Challenges - Agile Teams that Work!
While the transition to Agile requires change in how work is done, it also demands that people communicate and collaborate effectively together. While the benefits are great, teamwork is hard work! Establishing norms, building trust, providing open feedback, being flexible and resilient, owning behaviors and results without excuses or blame and engaging in healthy conflict are just some of the keys to greatness within a group of people aligned on a shared goal.
In this engaging presentation, Gale Mote – a recognized expert in teams and all things team related, will share practical techniques for elevating your team’s performance. She will address specific challenges your teams face as they work in and transition to Agile. Learn important steps to take immediately when you return to your teams to make them even better!
