Jared is a Senior Account Manager with Randstad Technologies, a division of the world's largest talent company, where he's focused on delivering technical talent and solutions to organizations of all sizes, primarily in the Eastern Iowa territory. Jared has held a few different roles in his 23+ years with Randstad, including Technical Recruiter, Regional Recruiting Manager, and Account Manager. He was also a founding member of the Board of Directors for the Eastern Iowa IIBA chapter, where he served for seven years as the VP of Education and later as Director at Large. In his free time, he enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors, along with his wife and three daughters. Dawn has worked in the Technology placement industry for almost 25 years. She spent 19 of those years working as a sales leader with an IT job board Dice.com based in Iowa. In her years at Dice, she played in integral role in product development, sales development, sales leadership, marketing and Salesforce enablement and mentoring others. In 2018 she moved on to Robert Half as the Branch Director where she oversees the IT Consulting division across Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, and Kansas. In this role, she partners with IT leaders on project-based initiatives in IT. Her years at Dice.com in the IT job board world prepared her to have high-level conversations with C-Suite leaders, Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managers in technology about strategic initiatives and long-term roadmaps for their company and departments. She has a passion for all things technology and enjoys learning more about companies and how to help them prosper and grow through their various IT initiatives. |
