Discussion: Requirements Documentation – The Struggle is Real!

Documenting requirements is a key part of the BA role.
However, depending on the technology our various companies have and the details we receive, documenting requirements can be a struggle. Furthermore, doing research on requirements can be equally as difficult.

How can we make a frustrating situation work?

This session we will be breaking out into working groups to come up with ideas, share our struggles and create innovative solutions.
It is scientifically proven that when we collaborate on issues we become more effective in finding a solution.

By Attending this session participants will:

  • Collaborate with peers to find ways to be as efficient as possible
  • Explore ideas on how to be forward-thinking when documenting requirements

Be exposed to those outside of the specific situation to allow for free thinking/free flowing ideas
