Burnout isn’t always obvious. It often shows up when capable, driven people keep pushing without pausing to reassess. In this session, Sheri Zevenbergen helps high-achieving professionals identify the default patterns driving busyness, friction, and burnout. Using her practical 4-step framework, participants will explore how self-awareness, mindset, and understanding differences (their own and others’) improve collaboration and create a more sustainable way to live and work. Attendees will leave with insights they can apply immediately...without adding more to their already full plates.
